Expanded Deferred
Action for Childhood
Arrivals
undocumented immigrants would need to apply for benefits such as receiving a drivers license, work permits
and other benefits.

Secretary Jeh C. Johnson strongly disagrees the Judge Hanen's decision to temporarily halt implementation of
Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) and expanded Deferred
Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).  The department of Justice will appeal that temporary injunction.

This injunction is temporary and procedural.  Government officials and immigrant rights groups have urged
undocumented immigrants to prepare to apply to the president's program.

Our immigration attorneys are dedicated to providing you the best legal representation you can find.  We will
watch these developments closely and keep you informed.  Return to our website often for the latest
