What is DACA?

The purpose of DACA is to protect eligible immigrant youth who came to the United States when they were children from deportation.

If you are a U.S. citizen over 21 years of age, you may petition for your:

  • Parents Spouse (Your may file for your spouse at age 18 or older)
  • Fiancé (Your may file for your fiancé at age 18 or older)
  • Children (under 21, married or unmarried)
  • Adult sons and daughters (over 21, married or unmarried)
