What is DACA?

The purpose of DACA is to protect eligible immigrant youth who came to the United States when they were children from deportation.

Family Based Immigration

If you are a U.S. citizen over 21 years of age, you may petition for your:

Parents Spouse (Your may file for your spouse at age 18 or older)
Fiancé (Your may file for your fiancé at age 18 or older)
Children (under 21, married or unmarried)
Adult sons and daughters (over 21, married or unmarried)
Siblings

Deportation Defense

Naturalization and Citizenship

An individual may be eligible for citizenship following a period of continuous residence and physical presence in the U.S., satisfaction of a history and government exam, and evidence of good moral character.
